Lab Analysis & Plan Update

Labs are billed at provider cost

Includes review of labs, plan updates based on results and phone consultation

Interpretation fee is 50% of lab cost

Do You Take Insurance?

I do not accept insurance or bill your insurance company, however we can provide a super bill for you to attempt reimbursement. Lab companies may work with your insurance provider. I will make an effort, when possible, to use labs you can request from your primary care physician.

Can I pay with my HSA?

If you have an HSA/FSA card or something similar you can bill treatments using that account.

What about Medicare/Medi-Cal?

I do not accept medicare/medi-cal and can not see medicare/medi-cal patients.
